Do you provide refunds if it rains on the day of the tour? We are sorry but the tour will go on rain or shine. The purchase of your ticket is non-refundable and will benefit many community projects. April in Savannah is usually not rainy. | |

What should I wear? Wear casual clothing. Be sure to have on comfortable walking shoes as streets and sidewalks are often uneven brick and cobblestone. The weather is usually mild in April. | |

Is there transportation on the tour? This is a self guided walking tour. Savannah Pedicabs are available for hire by calling 912.232.7900. How long is the tour and where does it start? The tour is self guided, so you may visit the gardens in any order. You will be given a map when you pick up your tickets. The gardens are open from 10:00am to 4:00pm each day. Your ticket is good for both days, but can only be used once in each garden. | |

When I send a check, how do I know you received it? We send an acknowledgement card in the mail. Just present this card when you come to retrieve your ticket. If you lose the card, have a photo ID with you. | |

How will I receive my pre-purchased tickets? Tickets are not mailed. They may be picked up at the ticket table in front of the Green Meldrim House on Madison Square. (You should have received an email confirmation or post card confirmation of your purchase). Bring your printed confirmations with you to pick up your tickets. In the event the confirmation is lost, please bring a photo ID. | |

When and where do tickets go on sale? Advance tickets are available starting December 1st, 2011 either online, by credit card, or through the mail (by check). Starting March 31st, 2012, the above Savannah locations will have tickets available. |
